Who We Are
We bring over 30 years of hands‑on experience in roofing, waterproofing, and building‑envelope systems. Our background comes from real field work—installing, repairing, and troubleshooting roofs across Western Canada. That ground‑up experience gives us a clear understanding of how buildings perform and why roofs fail.
We provide independent roof inspections, building‑envelope assessments, condition reports, and consulting services. We help homeowners, property managers, engineers, and commercial clients make informed decisions, extend asset life, and reduce long‑term risk.
ERC inspectors are Red Seal–qualified, Registered Roof Observers (RRO), and maintain current manufacturer training. This mix of field expertise and formal credentials ensures every assessment is accurate, unbiased, and aligned with industry standards.
