Extensive Roof Consultants is led by Brent Rowland, a field‑driven roofing and envelope specialist known for turning complex roofing and building envelope issues into clear, actionable guidance. Brent builds the systems, templates, and training materials that keep crews aligned, reduce risk, and protect clients from costly mistakes.

He founded this company after seeing too much bad work and watching homeowners and property managers get taken advantage of. Extensive Roof Consultants exists for one purpose: raise the standard and tell the truth—every time.

I first met Brent at IIBEC (International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants) functions when it was still RCI Inc. I always saw him attending the same education events I did. In my role at RCABC for the last 7 years, I have reviewed a large number of Brent’s observation reports, both interim construction and post construction milestone reviews (that we refer to as Performance Reviews). I’ve found Brent’s reports to be very thorough and shows his long-term experience as a roofer and an observer. He leaves no stone unturned as he brings a practical approach to his Work. Brent shares my passion for roofing and quality, and I respect his efforts on behalf of the RCABC Guarantee Corp (RGC) over the years. He has been an Accepted Observer to the RGC since 2018 and generated hundreds of reports in that period.. Brent worked with and for some very experienced engineers and consultants and had good mentors. He has good relationships with the roofing contractors and was always willing to discuss various ways to achieve the goal.
